Event Planning

Each season offers a unique beauty that can compliment your event. Excellent visibility and easy access make the site extremely attractive to both event planners and event guests.

An educational, entertaining and economic and social development center, the site natually landscaped site encompasses 133 acres. The grounds include the Pavilion, with seven meeting rooms and an Exhibit Hall; the Ag Complex, with four sophisticated barns and a Show Arena; the Aquestrian Complex, with two barns and two outdoor riding rings; and the Entertainment Complex, with a natural amphitheater and several acres of open outdoor areas with buildings equipped for food and beverage services.

A beautiful 15-acre area is centered around a large open-air amphitheater, that can accommodate an audience of 20,000 or more. In addition, the Devenport Family Stage and the WTKM Polka Pavilion are covered areas, perfect for a variety of entertainment.

The Convention Center encompasses a 42,000 sq. ft. handicap-accessible Pavilion. The Pavilion features a 25,000 sq. ft. flexible, multi-purpose space that can be used open or divided into 5 meeting rooms and an Exhibit Hall. In addition, there are 2 functional rooms that can be utilized for meetings, parties and break-out rooms.

The livestock area includes the fully-enclosed and heated Kewaskum Frozen Foods Small Animal Barn, the Dairyland Seed Co. Dairy Barn, the Farmers' Inc. of Allenton Beef Barn and the Hansen's Piggly Wiggly Swine/Sheep Barn. These barns are arranged around the central Farm Progress Days Show Arena to provide for efficient use of space.

The equestrian area includes 2 outdoor arenas, a warm-up ring, the fully enclosed West Bend Elevator Pleasure Horse Barn and the Riteway Bus/Bast Auction Draft Horse Barn. These areas plus the Agricultural Complex can accomodate up to 400 horses for an event.
