General Information
All renters requiring catering for their event are asked to select a caterer from the Preferred Caterers List. Please consult with Event Sales Department.
It is the responsibility of the renter to provide the Fair Park staff a final count of expected guests at least 72 hours prior to the function. For public events, the renter shall provide an attendance estimate.
Beverage Service
The Washington County Fair Park is pleased to provide beverage service for your event. The Fair Park staff will be happy to offer suggestions to service your event efficiently. Please feel contact us with any questions Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
After reviewing our beverage service information, please contact the Fair Park to arrange service for your event before returning your signed contract and deposit.
Soft Beverage Service
Coffee, juice, water and soda (Coca-Cola products) are available. Beverages must be purchased through the Fair Park. Beverages are supplied already cooled. Ice is also available for purchase through the Fair Park for beverage concessions. Regular and decaffeinated coffee is available by the carafe or urn.
Guidelines
- Washington County Ordinance
Under Washington County Ordinance 18, Section 2.14.24(c), no one may carry-in any beverages onto the Washington County Fair Park site for the Fair or any other event. Any beverages on premises not provided by Fair Park personnel will be confiscated.
- Statutes for Class B Licensed Alcoholic Beverage Service
According to Wisconsin State Statutes, no alcoholic beverage may be brought onto the premises of an establishment holding a Class B license. This includes donated and purchased products. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the Fair Park who is required to purchase the beverage through a licensed wholesaler.
- Contract with Coca Cola
Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Wisconsin has an exclusive contract with the Fair Park. Only Coca-Cola products may be sold and consumed at the Fair Park. An extensive Coca-Cola product line includes soda, juices and bottled water.
- Bartender Fees/Policies
For small functions, the renter is responsible to pay for bartender fees unless the bar revenue meets or exceeds $500.00 for the event. The Fair Park reserves the right to deny liquor service to any person at any time.
